Melody Brown

Melody Brown is the current Vice President of Human Resources at NPower. Melody has also held previous positions as a Consultant with the Soledad O'Brien and Brad Raymond Starfish Foundation, as well as National Program Manager with the Verizon Foundation. Brown has also been with Verizon Wireless for six years, where they started as an Associate Director of HR. In this role, they were responsible for executive staffing, diversity and inclusion, and succession planning.

Melody Brown earned their Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Fairleigh Dickinson University-Florham Campus. Melody also attended Brentwood HS.

and Yanna Rosario - Human Resource Manager reports to Melody Brown. They are on a team with Tom Sussman - Vice President, Finance & Business Operations, Ashley Benjamin - Director of Data Operations. Melody Brown reports to Stefanie Boles, Chief Administrative Officer.
