Patrick Ma serves as the Vice President of Finance and Business Operations at NPower, a role held since December 2024, where the organization focuses on empowering young adults and military-connected individuals through transformative IT training. Previously, Patrick held the position of Managing Director of Finance and Operations at COOP from January 2023 to November 2024, overseeing the finance department and managing various operational functions. As the Founding Senior Director of Operations for AF Accelerate at Achievement First in 2022, Patrick led initiatives to enhance operational structures for a national business unit. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer at AIRnyc from 2017 to 2021, responsible for operational practices amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, and as Vice President of Business Operations at United Way of New York City from 2010 to 2017, where efficient restructuring was spearheaded. Patrick Ma holds an MBA in Nonprofit Management from Yale School of Management and an HBA in Finance and General Management from Ivey Business School at Western University.
