Sarah Chick, MS, currently serves as the Site Director for NPower in North Carolina, overseeing all programmatic and operational activities, following a promotion from Program Director. With a commitment to moving individuals from poverty to the middle class through technology skills training, responsibilities include staff management, student recruitment, internship placements, and data integrity. Previously, Sarah managed strategic engagement efforts for the Research Triangle Foundation, enhancing community involvement across the Triangle region and North Carolina. Sarah also held the role of Events and Programming Manager at Raleigh Founded, where responsibilities included event coordination and community programming initiatives. Sarah holds a Master of Science in Criminal Justice Administration from Keuka College, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Justice from the State University of New York at Oswego, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Psychology from Tompkins Cortland Community College.
