Timicka Anderson

Timicka Anderson is an accomplished professional with over two decades of experience in the banking and finance sectors, currently serving as the Global Industry Head for Consumer & Retail Commercial Banking at Citi. In this role, Timicka oversees consumer products and the retail sector within Citi's U.S. operations, following a successful tenure as a Senior Corporate Banker and various vice president positions focused on product management and structured finance. Beyond banking, Timicka is actively involved in nonprofit organizations, serving as Co-Chair of Command Shift, advocating for young women of color in technology, and as a board member of the Council of Urban Professionals, which promotes diverse leadership. Timicka holds an MBA from both UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and IESA, along with a BS in Chemical Engineering from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
