Alex Mannix is a software engineer with extensive experience in developing and engineering applications, currently employed at NPR since November 2018. Previously, Alex worked as a software developer at ARKE, where notable achievements include creating a dashboard application for monitoring AWS services and enhancing UI/UX in React. At Open Source, Alex built user interfaces and managed databases using various technologies including SQL and NoSQL. Prior roles include coordinating database systems and marketing strategies at RISE Brewing Co. and Bryn Mawr College, along with significant community outreach experience during tenures at the Fund for the Public Interest and Green Corps. Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in Linguistics from Bryn Mawr College.
