Brett Neely

Brett Neely is an experienced media professional serving as Supervising Editor at NPR since May 2015, focusing on coverage of the federal government and workforce while leading an enterprise reporting team specializing in power, influence, culture, and technology. Previously, as Senior Editor at NPR, Brett edited coverage on voting rights, election security, and campaign finance during significant election cycles and pioneered collaborative reporting initiatives with NPR member station reporters, receiving recognition from the Nieman Journalism Lab and the Columbia Journalism Review.
