Caroline Burke currently serves as the Director of Network Impact at NPR, a position held since June 2023. Concurrently, Caroline is a Marketing Committee Member for the South Orange Maplewood Community Coalition on Race. Previously, Caroline was the Director of TEDx: Global Engagement and Communications at TED Conferences from April 2017 to June 2023. Other notable roles include serving as a Director on the Board of Nature Vision and as a Professor of Experiential Education at LIM College. Caroline has also contributed as Media Chair for the NeMLA Conference at the Modern Language Association and as a Professor of Writing and Rhetoric at Stony Brook University. As the English Program Lead for the Alliance for International Women's Rights, and a writer for Creative Loafing Atlanta, Caroline has a diverse professional background. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Rhetoric and Composition from Stony Brook University and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Georgia State University, along with participation in the Aristotle Exchange Program at Aristotle University of Thessaloniki.
