Chau Tu

Chau Tu is a seasoned media professional with extensive experience in podcast subscriptions and editorial management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Podcast Subscriptions at NPR since July 2022, Chau previously held the position of Editor for Slate Plus at Slate Magazine from February 2017 to July 2022, where responsibilities included overseeing editorial content and driving membership growth. Prior roles include Associate Editor and Story Producer/Reporter at Science Friday, where Chau focused on creating and reporting science articles, as well as positions at Marketplace by APM, Modern Luxury Media, and various internships that laid the foundation for a robust career in journalism and digital content production. Chau holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Print Journalism from the University of Southern California.
