Grant Dickie

Grant Dickie is an experienced software engineering manager currently leading the Content Services and Data and Analytics teams at NPR since April 2021. With a background that includes key roles at NPR from December 2013 to March 2020 as a web developer, Grant has contributed significantly to API and web services projects, such as migrating npr.org to Kubernetes and developing a new publishing API. Prior experience includes developing web applications for the Arts and Humanities departments and serving as a volunteer consultant and programmer at Huygens ING. Grant holds a degree in Information Science from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a combined degree in English and German Studies from the University of Richmond.
