Izzy Rode

Izzy Rode is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in donor communications, content creation, and research. As the Donor Communications Manager at NPR since March 2024, Izzy crafts materials that connect donors to the organization's mission. Previous roles include Manager of Donor Communications at the National Park Foundation, Development and Communications Manager at Shout Mouse Press, and Development Manager at Martha's Table, where significant contributions were made to major gift proposals and donor stewardship. Notably, Izzy has also worked as a freelance researcher, synthesizing research for media professionals, and has provided support for notable publications such as John Dickerson’s bestseller, Whistlestop. Izzy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government from Wesleyan University.
