Jarl Mohn

Jarl Mohn has extensive experience in leadership roles across various media organizations and investment ventures. Currently serving as President Emeritus at NPR since June 2014, Jarl Mohn has also been involved as Co-Chair of the NPR 50th Anniversary Capital Campaign. In addition, Jarl Mohn has led The Mohn Family Trust as President and CEO since April 2002, focusing on early-stage venture investments. Previous board membership includes Scripps Networks and comScore, Inc., along with key positions such as Board Chair at USC Annenberg School for Communications and Journalism and KPCC Southern California Public Radio. Jarl Mohn has held executive roles at Liberty Digital, E! Entertainment Television, and MTV/VH1, contributing significantly to the media landscape. Educationally, Jarl Mohn studied Mathematics and Philosophy at Temple University from 1969 to 1971.
