Jenna McLaughlin

Jenna McLaughlin is a seasoned journalist specializing in cybersecurity and national security reporting. Currently serving as a cybersecurity correspondent at NPR since September 2021, Jenna has previously held notable positions, including Senior National Security and Investigations Reporter at Yahoo! News from October 2018 to September 2021, and National Security Reporter at CNN in 2018. Prior experience also includes a reporting role at Foreign Policy from April 2017 to March 2018 and serving as the Ben Bagdikian Editorial Fellow at Mother Jones from May 2014 to June 2015. Jenna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Writing Seminars from The Johns Hopkins University, completed in 2014.
