Kathy Rushlow

Kathy Rushlow is an experienced newscast producer with a notable career spanning several decades in the radio news industry. Since January 1995, Kathy has served as a Newscast Producer at NPR, demonstrating a commitment to high-quality broadcasting. Prior to this role, Kathy worked as a News Producer at Unistar Radio Network from February 1993 to March 1994, where Kathy produced newscasts until the company's acquisition by Westwood One. Kathy's career in radio news began at NBC Mutual Radio Networks, where Kathy held the position of Producer from December 1989 to February 1993. Kathy holds a Master of Education (M.Ed) from the University of Virginia, obtained between 2005 and 2008, and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Radio, Television, and Film from the University of Maryland, completed in 1980.
