Lorraine Ross

Lorraine Ross currently serves as the Executive Director at NPR since February 2011, where responsibilities include initiating and managing relationships with institutional and major gift funders, successfully generating over $22 million for NPR, Inc. Prior to this role, Lorraine held the position of Senior Director of Institutional Giving at White Owl LLC from July 2009 to February 2011, where consulting focused on data and media attribution insights. Lorraine's extensive experience at USA TODAY from May 1999 to June 2009 included positions as VP of Revenue for the Gannett Digital Media Network and VP of Advertising Sales and Business Development, contributing significantly to the expansion of the company's national business group and receiving the Chairman’s Award for the launch of a marketing data initiative. Education credentials include an M.B.A. in Finance from The George Washington University School of Business and a B.A. in History from Georgetown University.
