Meredith Nierman is a seasoned photographer, photojournalist, editor, and digital executive producer with over two decades of experience in producing visually impactful digital content. Currently serving as the Senior Editor of Network Visuals at NPR, Nierman oversees photography and photojournalism initiatives for WGBH, while also leading digital strategy for PBS series. As the founder of the Boston Photo League, they promote the work of women and non-binary photographers in Boston. Nierman has also judged various international media competitions, reflecting their expertise and influence in the field. They hold an A.L.B. in Social Sciences from Harvard University, where they continue to study.
