Otis Hart

Otis Hart is the Deputy Director of NPR Music, a position held since May 2010, where responsibilities include guiding editorial direction, overseeing platform presence, and managing a talented team. Prior experience includes founding and publishing Dusted Magazine from 2001 to 2012, serving as Blog and Channel Editor at WNYC Radio, and working as a reporter for The Associated Press and Times Argus. Additional roles include Music Director at WRMC and reporting for the Addison Independent. Otis Hart holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English/Film from Middlebury College and has prior education at the University of Rochester.
