Rida G. is an experienced IT specialist currently employed at NPR since February 2022, where Rida conducts monthly vulnerability assessments and collaborates with IT teams to implement security measures and respond to security incidents. Prior to this role, Rida served at Brookfield Dental Associates from August 2016 to February 2022, starting as an Administrative Assistant Office Manager and advancing to IT Desktop Support Technician, where Rida led the transition to a paperless environment using Dentrix software. Rida's career began at JCPenney as a Replenishment and Support Team Member from September 2015 to August 2016. Rida holds a degree in Information Systems and Operations Management from George Mason University and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Northern Virginia Community College.
