Shannon B.

Shannon B. is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in production and marketing within the audio and podcasting industries. Currently serving as Supervising Producer and Sponsorship Audio Producer at NPR's National Public Media since February 2019, Shannon specializes in creating bespoke narrative audio products that showcase brand identities. Prior to NPR, Shannon was an Integrated Marketing Producer at Fast Company, managing custom programs and promotional campaigns, and co-created "The Cool Down" podcast, offering reviews of fitness classes. With earlier roles at Slate Magazine, Rock 'n' Roll Camp for Girls Portland, and KLC Radio, Shannon has developed strong skills in client communication, project management, and social media strategy. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Rhetoric and Media Studies from Lewis & Clark College.
