Sidney Madden is an experienced host and reporter at NPR, where since November 2017, co-hosted the investigative podcast 'Louder Than A Riot' and served as the assistant music news editor and producer. Prior to NPR, Sidney worked as an assistant editor at XXL Magazine, where responsibilities included writing features, managing social media, and interviewing artists. Additional experience includes serving as a freelance red carpet correspondent for the People's Choice Awards, editorial assistant at Fox News Channel, and internships with MTV News and Cosmopolitan.com. Sidney earned a B.A. in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Sociology from Hofstra University in 2014.
