Sylvie Douglis

Sylvie Douglis is an experienced producer currently working at NPR since May 2018, where roles have included Producer, Associate Producer, Assistant Producer, and Production Assistant. In addition to a freelance career as an Independent Radio Producer since July 2016, Sylvie held the position of CoLAB Fellow at UnionDocs from September 2021 to June 2022. Previous experience includes serving as a Teaching Fellow at The New School and interning at Gimlet Media in the production of "Reply All." Early engagements featured roles such as Tape Editor at StoryCorps and administrative roles at St Margaret's House Settlement and Fête Paradiso. Sylvie holds a degree from The New School and a Certificate in TV Studio Production from BRIC Media Education, with prior education at Boston University and the Salt Institute for Documentary Studies.
