Taylor Haney

Taylor Haney is an experienced producer at NPR, currently serving as Producer II for Morning Edition since July 2015, where responsibilities include line producing, managing a team, and overseeing the quality of broadcasts. Notable assignments include field production in international locations such as China and Tunisia, and critical coverage following significant global events. Previous roles include creating impactful series on important topics such as the Taliban's rule in Afghanistan and women's changing views on abortion after the SCOTUS decision on Roe v. Wade. Taylor's background includes various production roles at NPR and internships at KPCC and NPR, as well as a Fulbright fellowship researching Tibetan musical traditions. Academically, Taylor holds a Master of Science in Journalism from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Arts in Fiction Writing and Music from Amherst College.
