Leslie Spence

Leslie Spence is an accomplished engineering and maintenance manager with extensive experience in the paper and packaging industry. Currently, Leslie serves as the Engineering and Maintenance Manager at NPS Corporation since February 2000, while also holding the position of Maintenance Department Manager at NPS Corp since January 2003, overseeing a 24/7 maintenance/electrical department. Prior to this, Leslie was the Vice President at National Tissue from January 2000 to January 2003, where contributions were made to improving operations and cost management. Earlier experience includes serving as a Senior Project Manager at Paper Converting Machine Company – Green Bay, and as a Maintenance/Engineering Team Leader at Kimberly-Clark of Canada, managing capital projects and leading maintenance teams. Leslie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Project Engineering.
