NPS Pharmacy
NPS Pharmacy (NPS) doesn't look or act like any other pharmacy you've ever seen, and that's by design. Since our beginning in 2001, NPS has been committed to providing unique, tailored, and caring service for our customers, taking healthcare and sense of community to the next level. Providing excellence in customer service and patient care has always been and remains our top priority. At NPS, we operate with the highest levels of integrity, honesty, and transparency. These values guide the way every employee interacts with our partners, patients, staff, and communities. Doing the right thing is mandatory. NPS expects each employee to act with the utmost integrity, work in the most ethical manner, and obey the letter and spirit of the law. At NPS, we do the right thing even when no one is looking. NPS is privately owned and managed. We are not backed by or restricted in decision-making by a large corporate board of directors or a venture capital firm/investor(s). All decisions at NPS are made locally, quickly, and always in the best interest of patients. DIVERSITY, EQUITY, INCLUSION, & ACCESS NPS is unapologetically accepting and affirming of diversity, equity, inclusion, and lived experiences as values that shape our future. We believe that actively fostering a culture that respects, celebrates, and values differences furthers our mission of providing culturally competent healthcare in a safe and affirming environment where all individuals feel welcome and valued and have equal access to care and services.
