As the Owner of FORCE Hospitality Solutions, LLC, since July 2020, innovative food and beverage solutions are provided across various consulting services. Prior roles include Director of Food & Beverage and Executive Chef at Trump Hotels, where financial prosperity and guest satisfaction were prioritized. Sydney's culinary journey began at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, progressing from Cook to Banquet Chef over a decade. Sydney holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts from Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts and has a diverse educational background including studies at the University of Mississippi and Woodland Hills Academy.
