Danny Hwang

Danny Hwang is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in private equity and education. Currently serving as Managing Partner at NPX Capital since January 2016, Danny also holds the position of Partner at NPX teraArk and is the Founder & CEO of Point Avenue, both established in 2018. Additionally, Danny has been a Strategic Advisor at Education International Cooperation (EIC) Group and Director at Prestige Only & Premier Only since December 2014, following the acquisition of New Pathway Education & Technology Group, where Danny served as Co-Founder, COO, and Board Director since April 2012. Danny's military background includes a role as Captain and Aide-de-Camp in the United States Army and prior positions in various leadership capacities in the infantry. Danny earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and Environmental Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point in 2006.
