Janina Syrotenko, CSM

Janina Syrotenko, CSM has worked in a variety of roles since 2010. In 2010, they worked as an Agricultural Production Associate for Cupp & Cupp Corporation. The following year, they worked as a Barn Maintenance Associate for Larkspur Farms. In 2014, they worked as a Housekeeping Intern for Best Western® Hotels & Resorts. In 2015, they worked as a Personal Reservations Consultant Intern for Vineyard Nantucket Resorts. In 2016, they worked as a Programming Assistant for Benchmark Senior Living and a Property Manager for New England Flower Exchange. In 2019, they worked as a Software Engineer Fellow for General Assembly. Finally, in 2020, they worked as a Software Engineer for nQ Medical Inc., where they were a subject matter expert for the nQ Platform and System and completed the engineer testing of the software system submission to the FDA.

Janina Syrotenko's education history includes a Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst from 2012 to 2016. In 2014, they attended the University of Hawaii at Manoa for Tourism Industry Management. Janina also attended Concord Carlisle High School from 2008 to 2012. In 2019, they completed a Certificate in Computer Software Engineering from General Assembly. In 2020, they obtained a Certificate of Completion - Software Engineering Immersive from General Assembly and in 2022, they obtained a Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from the Scrum Alliance.
