Sharon Fincher has over 20 years of experience in software development. Sharon began their career in 1998 as a Software Developer at ProLaw Software. In 2001, they moved to Thomson Elite as a Software Developer. In 2007, they joined Thomson Reuters as a Senior Software Developer. In 2012, they were a Development Manager and Senior Software Developer at attachedapps. In 2016, they became a Senior Software Engineer at boomtime. In 2019, they were a Lead Developer at Zebraworks. Currently, they are a Senior Developer at nQ Zebraworks, where they provide software-based information workflow solutions to more than 35% of the largest 250 law firms in the United States, seven of the top 20 in the U.K., seven of the largest 35 in Australia and five of the top 10 globally.

Sharon Fincher attended the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1988 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Communications.
