Pavel Laube

Pavel Laube currently serves as the Manager of Structured Finance at Národní rozvojová banka and as a Member of the Board of Management at Národní rozvojová investiční, a.s., focusing on equity financial instruments, state aid, and EU funds since September 2023. Previously, Pavel held the position of Head of Unit "Support of Equity Investments" at Ministerstvo průmyslu a obchodu České republiky from August 2014 to July 2023, where responsibilities included venture capital support strategy and the preparation of the National Innovation Fund. Pavel also gained experience as a Seconded National Expert at the European Commission in 2019, working on financing innovation and competitiveness policies, and has a background in energy sector analysis and auditing. Pavel earned a Master’s degree in History from Charles University and a degree in International Trade from Prague University of Economics and Business, along with studies at Freie Universität Berlin.
