Kaushik Kundu is a seasoned professional in the automotive aftermarket industry with extensive experience spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Vice President - Aftermarket at NRB Bearings Limited since May 2024, Kaushik leads the business for both automotive and industrial segments. Previous roles include Associate Vice President - Sales at Spark Minda, where Kaushik managed a significant business volume of 3500 million INR, and General Manager - Sales, overseeing regional sales and service operations. Prior to that, experience at Bosch Limited includes positions such as Business Manager and Manager-Channel Marketing, where Kaushik contributed to substantial business growth and network expansion across multiple regions. Kaushik holds an MBA in Marketing from the Institute For Technology and Management and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Jalpaiguri Government Engineering College.
