Rachana Pethkar

Rachana Pethkar has over 19 years of work experience in the field of Information Technology. Rachana is currently the Head of Information Technology at NRB Bearings Limited since July 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the SAP Application Head at Bajaj Electricals Ltd from December 2021 to July 2023, where they led the company's transformation journey and implemented SAP S4 HANA and SAP Cloud Projects. Before that, Rachana served as the IT Manager at KEC International Ltd from September 2014 to December 2021, where they led the digital transformation in supply chain and logistics and successfully implemented CRM, JDE, Project site applications, and SAP across countries. Rachana also worked as a Module Lead at Tech Mahindra from May 2007 to September 2014, where they facilitated the implementation and support projects of JD Edwards. Rachana started their career as a JDE Sales and Distribution Consultant at SYSTIME Computer Services Ltd India from January 2004 to May 2007.

Rachana Pethkar completed their education with a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Sardar Patel College of Engineering (SPCE), Mumbai in the years 1995-1998. Rachana further pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of Mumbai between 2000 and 2002. In addition to their formal education, Rachana obtained certifications as a Scrum Master Certified (SMC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, and as a Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute in July 2021.
