Bertrand Josse has extensive experience in IT leadership, currently serving as the Head of Local Competence Centers at NRB since December 2013, overseeing approximately 400 personnel across various domains including Data & AI, ERP/SAP, Cloud Native & Web Development, and Mainframe Development. Bertrand has a proven track record in ensuring product profitability, enhancing service catalogs, and mentoring competence center managers while supporting transformation initiatives within NRB. Previous roles include Head of Service Lines Mainframe Development & Integration, Head of IT Strategy, and Information System Architect. Bertrand's career began at De Post as a System Engineer and continued at Aubay as an IT Consultant. Educational qualifications encompass a Master's degree in Management and a University certificate in Creativity and Innovation Management, along with degrees in Industrial Sciences and Engineering.
