Michaël Carpentier

Michaël Carpentier is an accomplished Program Manager and Coach PM at NRB since January 2024, where strategic responsibilities include leading integration strategies for subsidiaries and achieving significant cost reductions through operational efficiencies. Previously, Michaël served as Business Unit Manager at Afelio, overseeing multi-sector project portfolios and revitalizing business performance, and held the position of Branch Director at Tapptic, where participation in the Executive Committee facilitated the standardization of critical processes. Michaël has extensive experience as a Project Manager and Software Architect in various roles across different companies, driving successful project deliveries and technological innovations in sectors such as insurance and pharmaceuticals. With a Baccalauréat in Informatique de gestion from HEPL and a history of entrepreneurial efforts in interactive solutions, Michaël combines technical expertise with strong leadership skills in managing diverse teams and complex projects.
