Pauliina Pykälä

Pauliina Pykälä has extensive experience in brand and communications, marketing, and sales. Pauliina is currently working as the VP of Brand & Communications at NRC Group Finland. Prior to this, they held positions such as Marketing and Communications Manager and Communications and Marketing Specialist at NRC Group Finland. Pauliina also worked as a Communication and Marketing Manager at Peab and as a Communications and Marketing Business Partner and Brand Manager at YIT - Construction and Building company. Before that, they worked at Lemminkäinen and Lemminkäinen Betonituote Oy in various marketing and sales roles. Throughout their career, they have been responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing web analytics, training content producers, and implementing marketing and communications initiatives.

Pauliina Pykälä has a diverse educational background. In 2002-2006, they attended Häme University of Applied Sciences, HAMK, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science degree with a major in Landscape Design. Later, from 2014 to 2015, Pauliina pursued Open University Business Studies at Aalto University, focusing on the field of Business. In 2016-2017, they attended the University of Jyväskylä, where they studied Business, Marketing, and Management Studies as part of their Open University studies.
