Merituuli Valli

Merituuli Valli is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in strategic and operational human resource management. Currently serving as the HR Director at NRC Group Sverige since January 2019, Merituuli leads HR and Communication efforts and is a member of the management team. Prior to this, Merituuli held the position of HR Director at VR Track Sweden AB and HR Director Nordic at Alstom, where responsibilities included departmental leadership and participation in management teams. Earlier roles include HR Business Partner and Labour Relations Specialist at Fortum, and HR Manager at Birka Service AB. Merituuli holds a Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences from Stockholm University and studied organisation and leadership at Helsinki University.
