Vilde Haugnæss

Vilde Haugnæss has a diverse work experience spanning various companies and roles. Vilde joined NRC Group ASA in 2020 as the Head of People Development & Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they worked at COWI from 2011 to 2020, starting as an HR assistant and progressing to roles such as HRD Consultant, HR Specialist, and finally, HR Business Partner. Before joining COWI, Vilde worked at 4U Consulting as a Researcher from 2010 to 2011, and at Meltwater News as a Sales Manager from 2008 to 2010.

Vilde Haugnæss completed their Bachelor's degree in International Marketing from BI Norwegian Business School in 2008. Five years later, they pursued their Master's degree in Leadership and Organizational Psychology from the same institution, which they successfully finished in 2012. In 2019, Vilde attended the Co-Active Professional Coach Training course, where they obtained a certification as a Professional Co-Active Coach, specializing in coaching.
