We’re Hiring – Site Steel Engineer | Dubai, UAE Position: Site Steel Engineer Location: Dubai, UAE Industry: Construction / Structural Steel Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to AED 10,000/month Preference: Candidates with minimum 5 years of UAE experience

Key Responsibilities: Supervise erection and installation of structural steel components on-site. Develop and implement erection sequences, lifting plans, and method statements. Monitor QA/QC for all steel works — ensuring structural alignment and quality compliance. Conduct inspections, ensure safety procedures, and coordinate with main/subcontractors. Prepare reports, progress updates, and resolve technical issues during execution.

Requirements: Bachelor’s in Civil or Structural Engineering. Minimum 5 years of experience in steel structure site works. Strong knowledge of steel fabrication, erection, and UAE building codes. Experience with welding, steel connection testing, and quality control. Excellent leadership and communication skills.
