Jack Baker

Jack Baker is a seasoned real estate professional with extensive experience in ownership and development. Currently serving as a Founding Partner at NRDC Equity Partners since January 2023, Baker also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer at National Realty & Development Corp., a leading privately held commercial real estate firm, since June 2019. Previous roles include Chief Operating Officer and Retail Leasing at Hudson's Bay Company, where Baker innovatively developed a food truck park program to enhance traffic and revenue, as well as positions as a Real Estate Analyst and Summer Intern at both Hudson's Bay Company and National Realty & Development Corp. Baker holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Administration from Cornell University, earned in 2019.
