Juliana Overstreet

Juliana Overstreet, CEBS, CSFS®, SPHR, serves as the Senior Principal of Member Benefit Services at NRECA since August 2016, leading initiatives to enhance co-op participation in employee benefit programs through consultative strategies. Overstreet has also held managerial roles in new business, overseeing proposal generation and business implementations in the benefits sector. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at S.C. Herman & Associates, where responsibilities encompassed benefits plan analysis and compliance, and at SGI Global, managing full-cycle benefits administration for a diverse workforce. At BOWA, Overstreet was integral in compensation and benefits management while also participating in strategic planning. Overstreet holds a BA in Technical Writing from George Mason University.
