Matthew Todd, MS MIS has over 20 years of experience in the IT industry. Matthew started their career as a Senior Systems Analyst at Woodmen Accident & Life, where they designed and implemented the company's first on-line, real-time disability claims tracking system. Matthew then worked as a Senior Consultant at James Martin & Co., where they led the design and implementation of the State of Nebraska Department of Labor's first on-line, real-time unemployment insurance tax management system.
Matthew then moved on to roles such as QA Manager at Sitel and Programmer Analyst at NRECA. Matthew joined Capgemini as a Director of Delivery Management, where they were responsible for program management and project management. Matthew also led several Y2K analysis projects. Matthew then joined Infocure Corp as a Director of Application Architecture, where they led the design of a web-based dental practice management system.
After that, they worked at Capgemini as a Delivery Director, responsible for ISO 9001 process improvement and team leadership. Matthew then joined Nanonation as a Senior Project Engineer, where they were responsible for public forum application management and development.
Matthew's next role was at Jefferson Wells, where they served as an Engagement Manager. Matthew managed an IT process improvement project for the Los Angeles County MTA. Matthew provided recommendations for process improvements for major MTA projects and IT processes.
Currently, Matthew is working at the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association as the Director of Information Technology. Matthew leads a team of application developers and is responsible for support for Defined Contribution 401(k) Retirement plan processing. Matthew has accomplished various projects including implementing a cloud-based phone system, upgrading the OmniPlus system, and implementing an enterprise-wide Work Flow system.
Throughout their career, Matthew has demonstrated expertise in application development, project management, and process improvement. Matthew holds a Master of Science in Management Information Systems.
Matthew Todd, MS MIS, obtained a Master's degree in Management Information Systems with a Project Management concentration from Bellevue University from 2008 to 2012. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration - Computer Applications and Systems from California State University, Fresno between 1982 and 1985. Matthew also pursued additional education at Villanova University in 2007, completing a program in Business Analysis and Project Management. Matthew also holds a Master Certificate in Business Analysis from Villanova University. Matthew pursued some undergraduate studies at Fresno City College in 1981 and at the University of South Carolina in 1978-1979.
