Aikta Jain

Aikta Jain is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the real estate and finance sectors. Currently serving as Director at NREP since November 2022, Aikta previously held the position of Director at ARA Asset Management for three years and served as Director at CBRE UK prior to that. Aikta's career includes significant roles at Lazard as Vice President in the Private Funds Advisory Group, where involvement in real estate fundraising was prominent. Aikta also contributed expertise as a Manager at Ernst & Young, providing advisory services to private equity and REITs, and has experience in real estate origination and asset management at GE Real Estate. Aikta's background includes positions in marketing and strategy at GE Capital, as well as roles at BCG and Prudential Investments. Aikta holds an MBA in Finance from London Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Commerce from the University of Virginia.
