Ron Bauman

Ron Bauman has been in the marketing and sales industry for over 20 years. Ron began their career in 1998 as a Sales Representative for Independent Hardware. In 1999, they moved to Pomco Graphic Arts as an Account Executive. In 2005, they were an Account Executive for Riegel Printing. From 2008-2012, they were the Chief Officer of Rock for The Discount Heroes. During this time, they were also Managing Director for CRWconnect. In 2013, they became a Partner at Connie's Ric Rac, and in 2016 they were the Chief Marketing Officer for Print Street Products. In 2020, they became the Executive Creative Director at NRG Edge, LLC, and they are currently the President & Founder of Milk Street Marketing.

Ron Bauman attended Northeast Catholic High School from 1990 to 1994. Ron then attended York College of Pennsylvania from 1994 to 1998, where they studied Marketing & Advertising.
