Reggie Montemayor

Reggie Montemayor serves as the Director of Maintenance Services at NRG Energy since October 2023 and is also the Business Owner of The Blind Finch, the only speakeasy Whiskey and Wine bar in Spring, TX, since June 2021. Prior to these roles, Reggie held various management positions, including Plant Manager at Majestic Steel USA, Branch Manager at Setpoint Integrated Solutions, Inc., and multiple managerial roles at Cameron, a Schlumberger company, where responsibilities included overseeing continuous improvement and supplier performance. Reggie's professional background includes experience in manufacturing and process improvement at companies like Ameriforge and Solar Turbines, as well as service in the United States Marine Corps, where Reggie was a Sergeant managing a team of Marines responsible for airframes and hydraulics. Reggie holds a Bachelor of Business Management from LeTourneau University and an Associate's degree in General Studies from Central Texas College.
