Stephen Matthew

Stephen Matthew is an experienced manager with a strong background in data solutions and operational reporting. Currently serving as the Manager of the Retail Ops Data Solutions Team at NRG Energy since January 2011, Stephen oversees reporting and data analysis to support various operational functions, including Billing/Back Office Operations and Customer Support. Prior to this role, Stephen was a Business Analyst at Reliant Energy from April 2002 to December 2011, where significant contributions included developing reporting solutions that enhanced operational efficiency. Stephen holds an MBA from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business and a BBA in Finance from the University of Houston-Downtown.
