Tracy Sadowski

Tracy Sadowski is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business transformation and strategic client services within the energy sector. As Senior Director of Business Transformation at NRG Energy since March 2021, Tracy leads the creation and implementation of strategic initiatives while fostering interdepartmental collaboration to enhance business operations. Previously, Tracy served as Managing Director of Strategic Client Services, successfully managing key accounts and achieving high retention rates. With a history of progressive roles at Direct Energy, including Director of Retention Sales & Commercial Strategy, Tracy demonstrated expertise in sales, customer retention, and operational management. Tracy holds an MBA in Organizational Change and Quality Improvement from Rochester Institute of Technology and a BA in European History and Statistics from the University of Rochester.
