Nathan Tate

Nathan Tate has a strong background in health, safety, and property management. Nathan began their career as a Customer Support representative and Tyre Management Agent at Direct Tyre Management from 2005 to 2009. Nathan then took on the role of Quality/Health & Safety Officer at Direct Tyre Management from 2009 to 2014, where they were responsible for updating and reviewing all Quality Management processes and ensuring the safety of staff through risk assessments and training.

After that, Nathan worked as an EQHS Auditor at NRG Fleet Services Ltd from 2014 to 2016, where they audited locations for compliance with health and safety legislation, updated risk assessments, and conducted necessary training. Nathan continued their work as an EQHS Auditor/Advisor & AEDM at Tyre Force NW from 2015 to 2019, where their responsibilities involved auditing locations, writing reports, and ensuring compliance standards at MOT centers.

Currently, Nathan is employed at NRG Riverside, where they initially held the position of Health Safety and Property Manager from 2017 to 2020, and then as the Head of EQHS starting in 2023. Nathan'srole includes overseeing health, safety, and property management operations within the company.

Nathan Tate attended St. Marys RC High School from 1998 to 2003, where they studied Information Technology. Nathan has also obtained several certifications including Mental Health First Aider from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in March 2022, Chain of Custody D&A from Randox Testing Services in February 2020, ISO 9001:2015 Auditor from Alcumus ISOQAR Ltd in September 2017, National General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety from NEBOSH in April 2017, MOT Test Centre Management from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in February 2017, AEDM from the Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) in January 2016, and Risk Assessment from RBS Mentor in April 2014.
