As President of NRG, Evan Vogel is responsible for overseeing the company’s operations, providing strategic direction, and leading the executive management team. With more than 30 years of experience in power, energy, and renewables, he previously held positions at Ampt, Petra Solar, and Power-One. Before NRG, he was the Vice President of Marketing, Communications and CIB Engineering for Schneider Electric’s Solar and Energy Storage Business. While at Schneider Electric, Evan led the company’s transition from a hardware focus to include a unique, cloud-connected SaaS platform that drove double-digit growth. He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from New York University and an MBA from Adelphi University.
