Leon Hailstones

As Vice President of Marketing, Leon Hailstones drives NRG’s marketing strategy and new product development. He has over a decade’s worth of international channel development, product management, and marketing experience in solar and microgrid technologies. Since joining NRG, Leon has been part of the company’s sales team, where he led the sales strategy for Bat Deterrent Systems, and the product management team, where he played a key role in driving the development of NRG Cloud. He previously served as a product manager with the global Schneider Electric Solar Business where he managed a range of power electronics, communications, and software products. Leon holds an MBA from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Canada.
