Patti Harvey

As NRG’s Director of Human Resources, Patti leads the company’s HR strategy and ensures its programs and initiatives are effective, efficient, and aligned with NRG’s mission and business objectives. Bringing over 30 years of HR experience with her to NRG, Patti previously held senior level positions at Leader Evaporator Co and Weidmann Electrical Technology. Patti holds SPHR and GPHR certifications from the Human Resources Certification Institute and a SHRM-SCP from the Society for Human Resources.
