Ferry Roelofs

Ferry Roelofs has extensive experience in research, innovation, and project management within the energy sector, primarily at NRG since September 1998. Currently serving as an Account Manager for Research & Innovation, responsibilities include program development and international relations. Prior roles include Manager of the Research & Development Business Unit focused on safety and power, and Senior Consultant specializing in nuclear thermal hydraulics and computational fluid dynamics. Notable contributions also include lecturing on nuclear reactors and serving as Works Council Chairman. Ferry Roelofs began the career as a Junior Researcher at ECN and holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Eindhoven University of Technology.
