Hermen Van Der Lugt

Hermen van der Lugt serves as Director Compliance, Risks and Organisation at NRG since March 2020, tasked with overseeing multiple departments and guiding the organization through an upcoming merger with PALLAS. Concurrently, Hermen is a Director at PALLAS, overseeing similar responsibilities and focusing on the development of the PALLAS-reactor, which aims to enhance the production of medical isotopes. Previous experience includes serving as CEO of Novay, where strategic transformation and commercial performance were priorities, and as Managing Director at Telematica Instituut. Additional roles include non-executive board memberships and leadership in various research and innovation programs. Hermen holds a PhD in Experimental Physics from the University of Amsterdam.
